Revelation 4:11
Judas' story shows how our hearts can get corrupted if we're not careful. Like Judas, we may make small compromises that lead to big mistakes. It's easy to judge Judas, but we can all be like him sometimes. We may think we're like heroes in the Bible, but we can act more like villains. Judas betrayed Jesus for a small amount of money. But Jesus died for all our sins, big and small. We might never fully understand Judas' motives, but we know his betrayal was intentional. Judas valued money over Jesus. In contrast, Mary poured expensive perfume on Jesus, showing He was worth more than anything she owned. Worshiping Jesus shows He's the most important thing in our lives. Understanding Jesus' worth opens up endless possibilities for our faith. Even though Judas chose greed, Jesus still died for him. His love triumphs over our failures. Let's remember His incredible worth and value in our lives.
